We act solely as an intermediary between customers and manufacturers, offering guidance and assistance throughout the ordering process. Our services include:

• Providing product information and recommendations
• Assisting with customization options
• Coordinating orders and deliveries

While we strive to ensure a seamless purchasing experience, we do not manufacture the products and, therefore, are not responsible for the quality, performance, or aftercare of the goods supplied.

1. Aftercare and Customer Service

Post-delivery support, including maintenance, repairs, and warranty claims, falls under the purview of the respective manufacturers. For any issues unrelated to the initial ordering process, customers should contact the manufacturer directly.
