A bespoke 10x6 Version is on display at our showsite- feel free to come and take a look! The roof extends out 30″ over the bar to give good coverage when socialising. The total external height is 81 inches. The bar comes with a removable hatch, which internally is bolted in and externally has two black handles to lift out the hatch ready to serve your customers. Options to have the bar painted can be discussed and internal shelves can be added also.

The Winchester Garden Bar is a perfect addition to any entertainers garden. It has a removable front panel for those summer days when you wish to serve your garden guests. Available in three sizes: 6′ x 5′ (183×152), 7’x5′ (213×152) & 8’x5′ (244×152).
FLOOR
The Winchester comes with (Ex 15mm) 12mm finished tongued & groove matching on 47mm x 47mm pressure treated joists on all sizes.
ROOF
All buildings come with (Ex 15mm) 12mm finished tongue & groove matching on 47mm x 47mm roof purlins. A Heavy Duty Polyester based roofing felt is used as standard on all buildings. On all of our buildings there is a ventilation gap along the back of the roof.
WALLS
All buildings have (Ex 15mm) 12mm finished tongue & groove Scandinavian Redwood shiplap fixed to 47mm x 22mm & 47mm x 47mm finished framework. All of our buildings are made from wood from sustainable sources.
DOORS
The Winchester Garden Bar features a 0.76m (30)” wide by 1.76m (70”) tall box door, fitted with a mortice lock & handle.
HEIGHTS
Generous 2.06m (6’9″) eaves height
The buildings comply with the 2.5m maximum height restriction imposed when erecting a building under Permitted Development.
TREATMENT
Our buildings are treated both internally & externally with a spirit based preservative that helps to protect the timber from fungi, woodworm & blue stain. We do recommend that buildings are retreated within 3 months and then every year for continuous protection.
All of our buildings can be upgraded to a painted finish.
